Terms of Service

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

By using SolvexBot you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to streamers who use the dashboard and also to viewers who interact with their channels, log in to their public pages, redeem points or send donations. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

SolvexBot is a service operated by FASA, an individual domiciled in Lima, Peru ("SolvexBot", "we", "us"). Contact: solvexbotsupport@gmail.com.

1. Description of the service

SolvexBot is a web application that unifies the chat and events of several streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok) in a single dashboard, and provides OBS overlays and tools such as a timer, alerts, goals, a prize wheel, rewards, text-to-speech (TTS), song requests, chat commands, clip creation (!clip), go-live announcements to Discord and Telegram, a public links page (My page / SolvexLinks), a donations page (SolvexTips), a Points & Levels system with a shop, games and a public leaderboard page, a viewer counter, leaderboards, end credits and social media overlays. Public pages are available in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use SolvexBot only with streaming accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Not attempt to access other users' data.
• Comply with the Terms of Service of each connected platform (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Spotify).
• Not use the service for illegal, offensive or harassing activities, or activities that infringe third-party rights.
• Be responsible for the content you publish on your public page (name, bio, links and images) and for what is played through alerts and TTS. You must not publish illegal or misleading content, impersonate others or infringe their rights. We may remove content or disable pages that breach these terms.
• Be responsible for the content of the clips created and the announcements the bot posts in your chat, Discord or Telegram. These features act on your behalf through each platform's API, so you must follow the rules of Twitch, Kick, Discord and Telegram. For the bot to write in your chat you must make it a moderator of your channel.

3. Text-to-speech (TTS) and voices

TTS reads aloud messages sent by your viewers. You are responsible for the content played on your channel through this feature. We give you filters (blocked words, who can use it, character limits) to moderate it.

Premium voices come from the fish.audio community and from speech synthesis providers, and are offered for entertainment and parody purposes. Using them to impersonate real people for fraud, defamation or deception is prohibited. SolvexBot does not create or own these voices and may remove any of them without notice.

4. Song requests and Spotify

The song request feature (!sr) adds tracks to the queue of your own Spotify account. It requires an active Spotify Premium subscription; if your Premium expires, the feature will stop adding songs. Music is played from your account under Spotify's terms. SolvexBot is not affiliated with or sponsored by Spotify.

5. Premium and payments

• The Premium plan unlocks additional features (premium voices, video/GIF alerts, more styles, analytics, etc.) for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically: when it expires, your account returns to the free plan until you renew. Your premium settings (designs, extra chats, wheels, etc.) are not deleted: they become inactive and come back when you renew.
• Card payments are processed by Mercado Pago (payment processor); we also accept PayPal and Yape/Plin. We do not store card or bank account details.
• TTS with AI (character) voices is subject to monthly character limits (per user and global), shown in the TTS panel and in the purchase window. When reached, AI voices pause until the next month; this does not entitle you to a refund. Other voices have no such limit.
• Refunds: if a Premium feature does not work for a reason attributable to us, contact us and we will fix it or refund the unused part. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind after using the service, or for failures caused by third-party platforms (Spotify, Twitch, etc.) beyond our control. This does not limit any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Donations and tips (SolvexTips)

SolvexTips lets your viewers send you voluntary donations or tips through payment gateways (Mercado Pago and PayPal). SolvexTips is a Premium feature. By using or receiving donations you accept that:

• The money goes straight to your account. You connect your own payment gateway account and payments are settled there. SolvexBot does not hold, retain or manage the funds, charges no commission and is not a party to the transaction between the donor and the creator; it only provides the tool (donation page, alert and overlay).
• Donations are voluntary and, by their nature, are NOT refundable by SolvexBot. No goods or services are delivered in exchange: they are voluntary support. Any claim, chargeback or refund is handled directly with the payment gateway and/or the creator who received the money, under their terms and applicable law.
• Fees and taxes. The gateway's own fees may apply. The creator who receives donations is solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due in their country.
• Donor content. The donor is responsible for the name and message they send. Offensive or illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights, may be filtered, moderated or discarded by the creator (blocked words, prior approval, minimum amounts). The creator is responsible for what is shown and read (TTS) on their stream.
• Audio clips (DonoClip). If the creator allows it, the donor can record or upload a short audio clip that plays on stream. The donor is responsible for its content and declares that it is their own voice or that they have the right to use it; it must not contain illegal or offensive content, or third-party content without permission. The audio is deleted after 7 days.
• Age and ownership. By donating you declare that you are of legal age (or have your guardian's permission) and that you use a payment method in your own name. If you do not accept these terms, do not make donations.
• SolvexBot does not guarantee that the alert will display correctly and is not responsible for disputes between donors and creators, or for decisions made by the gateway (declines, holds or account blocks).

7. Points & Levels

A streamer can enable a virtual points system that viewers earn by watching and participating, with levels, a rewards shop and mini-games. By using it, streamers and viewers accept that:

• Points have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money or transferred outside the channel where they were earned (except where the system itself allows it, such as gifting them to another viewer of the same channel). They are not a currency or a means of payment.
• Games played with points are for entertainment only (bets, slots, duels, predictions and games created by the streamer). They are played only with virtual points, never with real money, and there are no cash prizes. The streamer is responsible for using them in line with each platform's rules on gambling and betting, and for not offering prizes with economic value in exchange for points.
• The shop belongs to the streamer. Rewards are defined and fulfilled by the streamer; SolvexBot only provides the tool and does not guarantee fulfilment.
• The streamer can adjust, remove or reset points at any time, and import balances from other bots under their own responsibility. Points may be lost due to technical errors without any right to compensation.
• Viewers can log in to the channel's public page and link their accounts from different platforms; they are responsible for those accounts being their own. Using multiple accounts or automation to obtain points abusively is prohibited.

8. Accounts and authentication

Access to SolvexBot is through OAuth with your Twitch account or other platforms. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

9. Third-party services

SolvexBot relies on third-party APIs and services (Twitch, YouTube/Google, Kick, TikTok, Spotify, Fish Audio, Microsoft, Mercado Pago, PayPal, Discord, Telegram) that may change, limit their use or stop being available without notice. We do not guarantee the continuous operation of features that depend on them.

YouTube: SolvexBot uses YouTube API Services. By connecting or using the YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google processes your data under its Privacy Policy.

10. Service availability

SolvexBot is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance that causes temporary interruptions.

11. Limitation of liability

SolvexBot is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, content played by your viewers or indirect damages arising from the use of the application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Intellectual property

The code, design and brand of SolvexBot belong to its developers. The Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok and Spotify logos are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

13. Termination

You may stop using SolvexBot at any time. We reserve the right to suspend access if abusive use or a breach of these terms is detected.

14. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country and by each connected platform) to use SolvexBot. To send donations you must be of legal age or have your guardian's permission.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably by contacting us; if that is not possible, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Peru, without prejudice to any consumer rights granted to you by the laws of your country.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
