SolvexBot is a tool for streamers that unifies the chat and events of Twitch, Kick, TikTok and YouTube, with OBS overlays and community tools. This policy explains what data we process, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what your rights are. It applies to streamers who use the dashboard and to viewers who interact with their channels, public pages or donations.
1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data processed in SolvexBot is FASA, an individual domiciled in Lima, Peru. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, write to solvexbotsupport@gmail.com.
2. Streamer data
When you connect your accounts (Twitch, Kick, TikTok, YouTube/Google, Spotify) and use the dashboard, we process:
OAuth access tokens for each connected platform, needed to read your chat and events and to renew them when they expire.
Account data: username, channel ID, display name and profile picture on each platform. We keep a copy of your picture in our storage so it always loads (some platforms provide links that expire).
If you sign in with Google: your name, picture and the part of your email before the @ (to create your username), plus the ID and name of your YouTube channel (see section 7).
Stream statistics: followers, subscribers, bits, donations, gifts, viewers and their evolution per day and per month, for the statistics overlay and analytics, and a summary of your last 12 streams (duration, title, category, thumbnail, viewer and follower evolution, event counters and donations received).
From Spotify: your name, picture, subscription status and, if you set them up, the credentials of your own Spotify app, for song requests.
Your Premium status, its expiry date, your payment records (no card data) and the messages you send us through support.
If you enable your public page (SolvexLinks): the name you choose for the URL, your bio, your links and the images you upload. While enabled, anyone with the link can see it.
For the referral program: a hash of your IP address when you sign up (not the IP itself), used only to detect multiple accounts and fraud.
If you enable Discord or Telegram announcements: the Discord webhook URL and/or the Telegram bot token and channel, to post the announcement when you go live.
If you set up SolvexTips (donations): the connection to your Mercado Pago and/or PayPal account so the money reaches you directly.
The configuration of your overlays, commands, alerts and other tools, and the files you upload (images, videos, sounds, logos).
3. Viewer data
SolvexBot processes chat messages in real time to display them and read them aloud. In addition, depending on the features each streamer enables, we store:
Leaderboards, credits and events: display name and picture of people who follow, subscribe, donate, gift or send likes, for leaderboards, end-of-stream credits and the activity history.
Clips and songs: the name of whoever requested a clip or a song, in the clip history (last 10) and the song queue.
Points & Levels: for each viewer of the channel, their public platform ID and username, display name and picture, points, XP, level, watch time, number of messages, first and last seen dates, and their redemption history (reward, text written and status).
Logging in to a channel's public page (with Twitch, Kick, TikTok or with a chat code): platform, public ID, username, display name, picture and which accounts they have linked together. We request only the minimum permission needed to know who they are and we do not store their tokens: they are used once and discarded. The session is kept with a cookie.
Imported points from another bot by the streamer: usernames and balances from the file.
Donations (SolvexTips): the name chosen by the donor (or "Anonymous"), their message, the amount, the donation type and the payment reference. If the donor sends an audio clip with their voice (DonoClip), we store it to play it on stream and delete it after 7 days. Payment is processed by the streamer's gateway; we neither see nor store card data.
4. How we use the data
Connecting your platforms, showing your unified chat and renewing your tokens.
Showing your OBS overlays (chat, alerts, leaderboards, goals, timer, etc.) and your public pages.
Running the features you enable: text-to-speech, song requests, commands, clips, go-live announcements, points, donations.
Calculating your statistics and analytics.
Managing the Premium plan, payments and support, and preventing fraud and abuse.
We do not sell data and we do not use your account, viewer or stream data for advertising.
5. Text-to-speech (TTS)
When a message is read aloud, the text is sent to a speech synthesis provider to generate the audio: Fish Audio (premium voices) or Microsoft (standard and Neural voices). The audio is used immediately and is not stored. We do not send these providers any data identifying the viewer beyond the text itself, although they process it under their own policies.
6. Providers we use
To operate we rely on these providers, which process data on our behalf or as independent services:
Railway (application servers) and MongoDB Atlas (database).
Cloudflare (file and image storage, and a technical relay for requests to Kick).
Netlify (technical intermediate step for TikTok login).
Google AdSense (ads on our websites; see section 10).
The platforms themselves (Twitch, Kick, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Discord, Telegram), which we communicate with through their APIs.
Some of these providers have servers outside your country, so your data may be transferred internationally; we only use providers with appropriate security measures.
7. Google / YouTube data
If you connect YouTube with your Google account, we request the youtube.readonly permission only to read the ID and name of your own channel, so SolvexBot knows which channel to watch to detect your live streams and connect to its chat. We do not upload, edit or delete anything in your account, and we do not access your videos, playlists or activity beyond identifying your channel. With the basic sign-in permissions we obtain your name and picture.
You can revoke SolvexBot's access to your Google account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions or by disconnecting YouTube in the dashboard.
8. Security
Platform access tokens, webhooks and bot tokens are stored encrypted in our database (AES-256-GCM). Connections use HTTPS, the dashboard is only accessible with your session and OBS overlay links cannot change your settings.
Images and files you upload are served via a link: anyone with the link to your overlay or public page can see them.
9. How long we keep data
Account data and settings: while you have an account. A platform's tokens are deleted when you disconnect it.
Stream summaries: the last 12 (the oldest is replaced when a new one ends).
Viewer points and profile in a channel: while the streamer keeps the feature enabled (they can reset them at any time).
10. Cookies, local storage and advertising
We use session cookies to keep you logged in (up to 7 days), both for streamers and for viewers on public pages. They are strictly necessary. We also store some preferences in your browser, such as the language chosen on public pages.
We may show Google AdSense ads on our websites (home, dashboard, activity log and informational pages). They are never shown in OBS overlays or on streamers' public pages. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
On your first visit we show a banner where you can accept or reject advertising cookies.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing (ARCO rights under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and the laws applicable in your country). Write to the contact email stating your username. Viewers can also ask for their data in a channel to be deleted, unlink their accounts and log out from the public page.
You can delete your account and all your data by contacting us. Disconnecting a platform in the dashboard deletes its tokens immediately.
12. Children
SolvexBot is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country to use streaming platforms). Donating requires being of legal age or having a guardian's permission.
13. Changes to this policy
We will announce significant changes on this page and, where appropriate, in the dashboard. Continued use of SolvexBot after the changes means you accept the new version.
